Happy Birthday, day off.

Today is my first ever blog post and it is my Birthday, so I have decided to take the day off which I am grateful for. If you look at the opening hours you will see that it say I am closed on a Mondays but this is only effective from January 2017 so today is usually a normal working day for me.

What a wet day for a day off, I have planned a Run around the Warrington area and trip Rock Climbing at an indoor center in Widnes so I am looking forward to that.

Hopefully I will be finished by the time my wife finishes work in Newton le Willows and we can spend some family time together with our little boy.

Back to work tomorrow at the Sport & Injury Therapy clinic in Haydock were I have clients coming from Manchester, Bolton, Ashton in Makerfield, Prescot and the local area; They could be coming to see me regarding, Sport Massage, Acupuncture, Back pain, Running related issues, work related discomfort, so lets see what tomorrow will bring
