Cancellation Policy

By committing to booking you are agreeing to the Sport & Injury Therapy cancellation policy. In clinic appointments. Late cancellations or not showing up does not give sufficient time for an appointment to be filled and this can be damaging to small business. * For cancellations or amendments please provide 24 hours notice, to avoid being charged a 50% fee this is because there is not enough time to fill the appointment. * If you do no attend your appointment you will be charged the full amount for the appointment unless it has been cancelled or amended 24 hours prior the scheduled appointment. * If you are late the appointment will start when you arrive and finish at the scheduled finish time, This is to ensure any appointments following are not late starting. * Prepaid appointments will lose the appointment unless amended 24 hours prior the appointment, if you are late the appointment will start on your arrival and finish at the scheduled time.
